Fundraiser!!!!!!!!! Drop in training with Belinda in New Brighton!
As a mom of four, I know how hard it is to keep it all together. We are hard wired to put everyone and everything first, but ourselves. This my friend, is not the answer. You are the thermometer of the home, when you are down emotionally or physically, everyone is affected. Exercise is the number one anti- depressant, science has proved this.
Your Dr. tells you to exercise, but really where do you start? I ha…ve heard over and over again how clients buy gym memberships, never to use them. You cannot do the same things over and over and expect different results.
Every decade brings on new challenges, belly fat starts to creep in, weight seems impossible to lose, hormonal issues, back, knee and shoulder problems, chronic fatigue, diabetes, arthritis, bladder issues, baby weight the list goes on. Drs will tell you to exercise but they don’t tell you how. I can help but you need to reach out for help. My workouts are 30 min in New Brighton, am and pm times. For July I am offering drop in ($25.00 per workout), so you can see if my training is for you. I will fill up for September and I only take a few clients at a time. All drop in fees donated to CB Rescue for July!

Harley now called Bucky. The family informed they have never had a dog before and were interested in Harley. There are times where families will just ask me, please recommend us a dog based on everything we told you and our application. I really love finding that perfect fit. Bucky was a model dog from the very beginning. Really one of the best behaved dogs I have seen. This family got the Rolls Royce of dogs. His dad told me “Belinda we are so happy we found you!” Bucky will live his life with his mom/sister for many long years of love and fun! Bonus he’s right in my neighbourhood so I get to see the little guy.
Happy Life Bucky!
Every time I see a pic of a dog I helped with the help of people some I have never met, makes all this hard work worth it.
Blanqita now called Bee is the oldest dog we have saved.
10 years old waiting for over 7 years for a family of her own. Tracey has a heart for senior dogs.
She gets a brother as a bonus.
Isabella!!!! She is such a sweet girl, and now she has a BF for life, cutie Pascalle her sister. Chantal told me within 24 hrs “Belinda she is our dog!” Thanks to Calgary Flames, Micheal Backund #11 and his beautiful wife Frida for fostering our little Princess. Do you see the Flames doll , it is Isabella’s favourite toy. This is what love looks like.
Happy Blitz is now Marvin…I could not ask for a better family.. Wally Jay who was adopted last year from CB now has his very own brother from another mother! Cameron is a awesome dog owner…Marvin will be going to obedience classes like Wally did. He will live his life on 4 acres…fun all day long.
Hopefully these 2 will not get into too much mischief!!
I get to dog sit these 2 quite frequently, so I am a happy Auntie!
Look who has her own fam jam! Brooklyn now called Peach because she is like a young southern lady with impeccable manners like her mom Bailey. I appreciate Devon and Ryan because they really thought about if a dog could fit into their lifestyle, even borrowing their parents dog for a trial. More people should be like this, dogs are for LIFE!
Peach your as sweet as any dog out there.
These dogs from the Dominican are full of sweetness.
Bailey and her daughter will have love for the rest of their lives, and so deserving they are!
Thanks to all for pulling together to get Peach here to Calgary!
Uncle Colin sends you a big kiss.
Adopted! Leah has 2 brothers and a sister. She pretty much loved Dad when she saw him at the meet and greet. Melissa, her mom says she feels very lucky to be Leah’s mom. I think Leah feels the same way. I believe every dog has a home waiting for them. These dogs come from unimaginable circumstances, CB saves their lives with the help of Collares Rojos and brings them here to start a new life. Without us they would be dead or be in the shelter for the rest of their lives. Leah now will be spoiled with love from many people!!!
